Problems and changes in the text of the Book of Mormon
Admittedly, most of the corrections below are grammatical in nature, with the exception of the first, which shows that the Mormons are willing to alter their perfect book to cover up the mistakes that expose it's fraudulent nature.
-I Nephi 12:18 (1830 edition) "yea, even the word of the justice of the Eternal God, and Jesus Christ, which is the Lamb of God"
-I Nephi 12:18 (current edition) "yea, even the word of the justice of the Eternal God, and the Messiah who is the Lamb of God"
This significant change was made because the first Nephi was not supposed to know Jesus' name.
-Alma 26:9 "...These our dearly beloved brethren, who have so dearly beloved us."
-Helaman 7:8-9 "...Yea, if my days could have been in them days..." - 1830 edition. p.427 "Them" corrected to "those" in current editions.
-Alma 9:22 "...And they having been waxed strong in battle, that they might not be destroyed." - 1830 edition. p.247 In current edition, "been" has been removed.
-Alma 20:30 "...Even until we had arriven to the land of Middoni." - 1830 edition. p.282 In current edition, "arriven" has been corrected to "arrived."
-IV Nephi 1:17 "...neither were there Lamanites, nor any manner of -ites..."
-Helaman 9:6 "...Now immediately when the Judge had been murdered; he being stabbed by his brother by a garb of secrecy; and he fled, and the servants ran and told the people."
-Alma 43:38 "...They being shielded from the more vital parts of the body, or the more vital parts of the body being shielded from the strokes of the Lamanites."
-Alma 24:19 "...And thus we see that they buried their weapons of peace, or they buried their weapons of war, for peace."
-Ether 15:31 "And it came to pass that after he had smitten off the head of Shiz, that Shiz raised upon his hands and fell; and after that he had struggled for breath, he died." Since when do decapitated men's bodies get up on their hands and knees and struggle to breathe before they die.
-II Nephi 30:6 1980 edition "...and their(Lamanites and Jews) scales of darkness shall begin to fall from their eyes...save they shall be a white and delightsome people."
-II Nephi 30:6 1994 edition "...and their scales of darkness shall begin to fall from their eyes...save they shall be a pure and delightsome people."

Evidence of Book of Mormon origin
Retired Minister Solomon Spaulding wrote romances with biblical backgrounds. His manuscript titled "Manuscript Found" is what is believed to have been what Joseph Smith used to write the history in the Book of Mormon. The story was very similar to the Book of Mormon.
Strange occurrences in the Book of Mormon
In Helaman 12:25-26 said to be written about 6 B.C. states "...But we read that in the great and last day...fulfilling the words which say: They that have done good shall have everlasting life; and they that have done evil shall have everlasting damnation. And thus it is. Amen."
This verse is referring to a scripture which the reader apparently has before him. But the scripture which he reads is actually from John 5:29 which states,"they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."
The Book of John was not written until decades after Helaman was supposedly written..
